Location:
Vigo is placed in the Spanish region of Galicia, on the North-Western
coast.
It is connected to the hinterland through a wide network of
infrastructures: motorways, roads, railways and airports and is
located in the centre of the axial motorway: A Coruña (Spain) -
Oporto - Lisbon (Portugal). In 1998 Vigo reached an outstanding
improvement in its land accesses when the high speed road to the
capital (Madrid) and the Rías Baixas motorway were inaugurated.
