Accommodation

A wide range of hotels (2 to 4 stars) are available in Santiago de Compostela, through the Conference Bureau. They are enlisted below. Early hotel booking is strongly recommended. Reservations of hotel rooms must be made filling up the accommodation form below, together with a deposit corresponding to the cost of one night.

Hotel prices indicated in the accommodation form are in Euros, include breakfast and taxes, and can be guaranteed only for reservations received before April 1st, 2002.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, an 80% refund of registration fees will be allowed, provided that notice of cancellation is received by “Viajes Atlántico” before May 1st. In case of accommodation payments, an 80% refund will be made for cancellations notified to Viajes Atlántico before April 15th. After these dates no refund will be allowed. All cancellations must be notified in written form. Refunds will be dealt with after the Conference.

Insurance

Delegates are advised to take out Travel Insurance to cover medical expenses, accidents, loss etc. The Conference organisers can accept no responsibility.

Passports and visas

All foreign visitors entering Spain must have valid passports. Participants requiring visas should apply to the Spanish consulate or diplomatic mission. Visa requirements vary from country to country. Please check with your travel agent when making arrangements for travel to Spain.
