Registration

Participants are kindly requested to fill the registration form below. The registration fee includes:
Access to all scientific sessions and round tables
Mid-morning and afternoon coffee, cakes and refreshments
Luncheons (June 4th to 7th)
Conference Excursion (June 6th)
Conference banquet (June 7th) and other social activities
Programme and book of abstracts
Published proceedings
Registration fees for delegates are listed in the form below. There are reduced fees for students. Students who wish to take advantage of the reduced fee must participate in a contribution and send an official confirmation of their student status to the Conference Secretariat.
Registered accompanying persons will have access to Welcome and Civic receptions.
All rates for the Conference are given in € (Euro).

 
Grants

There is a limited number of grants to support delegates from developing countries. Those who wish a grant must submit a presentation abstract. Please contact organisation at icmss@cimacoron.org

 

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, an 80% refund of registration fees will be allowed, provided that notice of cancellation is received by “Viajes Atlántico” before May 1st. In case of accommodation payments, an 80% refund will be made for cancellations notified to Viajes Atlántico before April 15th. After these dates no refund will be allowed. All cancellations must be notified in written form. Refunds will be dealt with after the Conference.

 

Insurance

Delegates are advised to take out Travel Insurance to cover medical expenses, accidents, loss etc. The Conference organisers can accept no responsibility.

 

Passports and visas

All foreign visitors entering Spain must have valid passports. Participants requiring visas should apply to the Spanish consulate or diplomatic mission. Visa requirements vary from country to country. Please check with your travel agent when making arrangements for travel to Spain.
